We completed final defect detection of the chromed decoration elements.

We repaired damaged decoration elements.

We recreated broken attachment studs of the decoration elements.

Batch of prepared decoration elements was sent for re-plating.

We received from the re-plating main batch of the body decorations and performed compatibility test of renovated components and body.

As we riveted together re-plated bars of the radiator grille we joint together re-plated radiator shell and vane assemblies.

After re-plating, as we finished cleaning of the threads, we pre-assembled door handles.

We completely disassembled inoperable door strikers for reconditioning.
