Actual report
The technical report details the progress of the Mercedes Benz 300SEL3,5 w109 1972 restoration project.
During the past week, we started car body preparation for the painting. Following the application of seam sealant across all chassis joints, technicians masked outer body panels to focus on interior sections. We painted the inside, engine comaprtment and trunk of the car. Base coat color code 834 MB Standart Baslac green was systematically applied to the cabin floorboards, firewall, inner wheel arches, and engine bay, while the trunk interior received its factory-correct satin black finish.
