The technical reassembly of the Mercedes-Benz 300SEL 6.3 w109 restoration at Riga Master Workshop is proceeding with the integration of essential cabin safety systems. This week, we installed the safety belts, ensuring all mounting points were structurally verified before securing the retractable inertia reels and buckles.
As documented in the photographs, the installation involved precision fitment of the b-pillar covers and rear parcel shelf trim to accommodate the belt webbing. Our technicians finalized the anchorage of the central buckle stalks through the newly installed carpets, maintaining factory-correct geometry for all occupants. These works conclude a vital phase of the interior assembly.
