Actual report

The technical Mercedes Benz 190SL restoration at Riga Master Workshop has progressed to the comprehensive refurbishment of the vehicle's hydraulic safety systems. This week, we focused on the brake booster and main cylinder restoration and assembling process.As documented in the photographs, our technicians dismantled the original ATE unit, replacing degraded internal seals and calibrated tension springs to restore factory-standard vacuum assistance. Following surface refinishing in period-correct colors, the master cylinder was integrated with new pistons and specialized brass fittings.
