The technical Mercedes Benz 190SL restoration at Riga Master Workshop has progressed into the integration of the vehicle's electrical infrastructure. Following body painting and panel treatment, this week we continue the assembling process with wiring installation.
The process involved mapping out the new electrical wiring harness, which was carefully laid out for routing. Technicians prepared the main bulkhead, marking out the passthrough points on the dashboard firewall using detailed labeling tags. The harness was then systematically routed from the engine bay, along the inner chassis channels, and into the passenger cabin to feed the individual dashboard instruments and auxiliary switches.
