Electrical equipment repairs

Original horn was disassembled for restoration. All elements were taken apart, cleaned and painted. Using restored parts horn signal was assembled and signal tone was adjusted.

We were planning to reuse existing fuel level sender, but when it was removed from old tank, appeared that there was just shell left from the device - someone before us had been completely disassembled it. We had to look for new complete sender.

Chromed surrounds of all gauges were damaged so it was needed to disassemble all devices to press on new decoration rings.

All gauges were completely disassembled for cleaning, maintenance and needed repairs.

Unfortunately clock mechanism had serious aging damages and it was needed to send it to watchmaker repair shop for general overhaul to replace worn out parts.

New number plate illumination lamps were faulty – wires were riveted to the terminals in opposite sequence. Wires were removed and connected to the terminals according to the wiring diagram.

Complete functionality of the radio receiver and amplifier were restored.
