Trim components repair

We started defect detection of available chromed decorations. Window frames had a lot of chrome over layer damages and needed to go for re-chroming.

  Seat mechanism visible decorations were in unacceptable condition and it was needed to redo chrome plating. One of the arms of the seat mechanisms was broken and we had to weld it before sending to the chrome plating.

Interior rear view mirror had a serious corrosion damages on the alloy stem which are not repairable - it had to be replaced.

Filter housings were chromed, but layer was damaged and those had to undergo re-chroming. All parts which shall go for re-plating were collected together for immediate delivery for chemical treatment.
   
Plastic hooks were not survived through times and should be replaced.

There was received consignment from plating workshop comprising most of re-plated decoration and structural components ensuring further assembling process of the windows, doors and front seats.
