Other components repair

All disassembled cooling system components were checked and if necessary repaired prior to sand blasting and repainting.

Windscreen wiper mechanism was completely disassembled for renovation. Windscreen wiper motor was disassembled completely and all components, including electrical, were checked for operational capability. After cleaning and painting of respective parts mechanism was assembled.

Window mechanisms were restored and prepared for installation into the doors.

Ventilation system valves were completely disassembled to renovate air duct flap soft sealing.

Heavily rusted rear window ventilation pipe was cleaned in and outside before painting.

New lamp bases were fabricated onto restored headlamp housings. All other restored parts were installed completing headlamp pre-assembly.

Restored bracket was attached to the horn completing assembly unit.

Radio was received after maintenance and tube replacement.
