Repair of motor began with sandblast treatment of the motor block free from the replacing parts and restoration of the original paint.
Engine head was completely overhauled. Engine block attachment surface, as well as walve seats and heads were grinded.
In turn, the engine block was sent to a specialized repair shop to grind cylinders in the block, supplemented with new piston group.
High pressure fuel injection pump was sent for restoration to a specialised Bosch repair shop.
New pistons as well as new main bearing and connection rod bearing shells were used during assembly.
