Repair of engine and gear box

After receipt of the ordered parts, assembling of the engine on the assembly stand was started. Parts of the engine needed restoration of galvanic coatings were received too. All the parts and components of the engine block - piston group with connecting rods and crankshaft, flywheel, cylinder head, intake and exhaust manifolds, as well as high-pressure fuel distribution and injection system, lubrication, cooling and ignition system elements, have been installed in the technological sequence. During the assembly were also made necessary arrangements for regulation and quality control.

Taking into account that "Riga Master Workshop" sought to take part in several international exhibitions, the engine with transmission gear box has been installed on a special frame for display at exhibitions. Visitors of "RMW" stand at exhibitions in Lithuania, Germany and Russia were able to see quality of the work we do.
