It was believed that brake booster has had already underwent restoration, though it was opened for inspection.
Brake booster required extensive restoration since it was full of mad and sand. Rubber components clearly showed damages caused by aging.
New brake discs were installed on the front axle.
New brake pads and rubber components were used for assembling of braking system.
Most of braking booster internal parts were corroded, so replacement parts were needed. Unfortunately, there were no such type of brake boosters available on market. We were forced to continue search for suitable replacement.
After galvanizing aluminium elements were polished prior to installation.
Hand brake trace was missing so we forged it ourselves and sent it for galvanizing.
Brake lines were installed along with the fuel pipes and connected to the wheels. Hand brake system was completed under the car.
Remanufactured brake booster was prepared for installation.
We installed restored brake booster and connected it to the other braking system components.
