It was necessary to disassemble rusted horn signals till last bolt to return those back to working condition after restoration.
Starter motor was composed from restored and new parts.
Alternator was assembled using new and restored parts.
Instruments were disassembled for inspection and damaged parts entered on the required spare parts list.
All electrical components were brought for inspection and operational tests.
Windscreen wiper mechanism was disassembled for repair and surface treatment.
Ignition switch housing had serious damage – guide tube of the steering wheel lock pin was broken. It meant that it was not possible to lock steering wheel. Electrical switch was in acceptable condition.
We installed onto restored lamp frames renovated front lamp reflectors.
Restored front lamps were assembled using new rubber seals.
Restored rear lamp components were prepared for installation using new rubber seals.
