Transmission repair

On the internet auction, we bought used gearbox.

We completely disassembled gearbox for defects detection and repair.

Broken and worn out components were added to the required spare parts list.

All gearbox rubber components, gaskets and bearings were requested new.

As ordered components arrived, we started assembling of the transmission.

Restored gearbox was prepared for installation.

Restored flywheel was prepared for installation.

Clutch pressure plate was prepared for installation.

Gearbox was furnished with support and elastic propeller shaft flange.

We assembled clutch master cylinder using new and restored parts.

Propeller shaft was assembled using new spider crosses.

During test drive clutch cover screw broke clutch cover so and housing were damaged.

We bought and installed new complete clutch cover with thrust plate.
