The technical phase of the Shelby GT500 1967 restoration has reached a major milestone with the completion of the body dismantling process. The bare shell has been systematically stripped and stabilized in preparation for transit to Germany, where it will undergo professional chemical paint removal and subsequent KTL (e-coat) anti-corrosion coating.
Detailed inspection during the final disassembly stages confirmed that the vehicle has remarkably retained its original factory finish in several key areas.
