Transmission repair

We started disassembly and defects detection of the manual transmission.

Gearbox had no mechanical damages.

Seals, gaskets and bearings were among needed parts.

Clutch master cylinder was disassembled for effects detection. All elastic components needed replacement.

Pedal assembly was disassembled for repair and defects detection.

Hole for the clutch actuator pin was worn out so additional work was necessary for restoration of this joint.

Current batch of components was sent to galvanizing workshop.

Propeller shaft was completely disassembled for defects detection and repair.

Gearbox was assembled using new and restored components.

Preassembled gearbox was stored, waiting for arrival of some missing parts for shift mechanism.

Restored clutch was installed onto flywheel.

Restored gearbox shifting mechanism was assembled using new and restored parts.

Propeller shaft assembling unit was completed using new and restored parts.

We prepared for installation restored gear shifting control mechanism.
