Heater control mechanism was disassembled for inspection and repair.

Both cabriolet roof pressure spring pull bars were damaged – bent and broken. To remove broken parts we had to cut both soft top bases.

As pull bars were removed we welded broken weld seams joining base plates and pushrod guide tubes.

Soft top pull bars were cleaned and repaired.

Broken soft top frame components were welded.

Using restored components soft top bases were recreated.

Restored soft top frame was installed onto the body for compatibility tests.

Repaired and painted cabriolet roof frame was stored until assembling of the car.

We completely disassembled for re-plating window mechanisms.

Window lifter rails had severe corrosion damages so we completely disassembled side windows for repair.

Damaged window lifter rails were cleaned in sand blast camera for detailed defects detection.

Window retaining rails were also completely damaged by corrosion.

We self-manufactured complete retaining rails and damaged areas of the window lifter rails.

All restored components of the window mechanisms were galvanized.

We assembled heating and ventilation control unit from restored and new components.
