Interior renovation

Seats were brought for assessment.

All chromed components of the seat mechanisms were seriously damaged by corrosion, so we had to start complete disassembling.

All seat components were cleaned, repaired and painted before further assembling.

Disassembled carcasses of the seats were cleaned for repair.

All seat frames had cracks which we had to weld.

Weld seams were grinded and front seat frames were sent to paintshop.

Rear seat frame had numerous corrosion damages.

We cut out damaged areas and produced adequate patches.

Prepared segments were welded into dedicated areas.

Rear seat cushion centring pins were broken so we machined and welded in place new pins.

For assembling of the seat guides we used restored components.

Preassembled seat rails were prepared for seat installation.

Restored seat carcasses were painted and packed for transportation to trimming workshop.

Aluminium trim pads were cleaned and prepared for transportation to trimming workshop.

We cleaned and repaired aluminium trimming panels which were delivered to the trimming workshop.

Using restored components we assembled seat carcasses.

Re-plated components were used assembling seat inclination mechanisms.

Trimming underlay was first placed in the soft-top storage partition. Now it is time to apply overlay of new leather facilitating further assembling of the interior.

We assembled restored original “no-radio plate”

Using restored components we assembled dashboard ashtray.

Adequate leather was used preparing rear seat ashtrays for installation.

Upholstery padding had serious corrosion damages, so we had to restore it before submission to trimming workshop.

After cleaning we restored damaged areas of the padding sheet-metal components.

We painted and delivered recreated components of the trimming pads to the trimming workshop.

We received from trimming workshop recreated trimming panels and rear seat.
