Restoration

The Mercedes Benz 300SEL 3.5 W109 1972 restoration continues at Riga Master Workshop with the detailed dismantling and inspection of the engine. As these photos show, the V8 unit has been mounted on a stand and the removal of key components, such as the exhaust manifolds and starter, has begun. All removed parts are being carefully catalogized, inspected, and marked to assess their condition. This meticulous process is crucial for generating the accurate necessary spare parts list and precise labour calculation required for the engine's full overhaul.
