Actual report

The technical reassembly of the Steyr Daimler Puch 230GE restoration has advanced to the integration of the powertrain thermal management systems. This week, our technicians successfully installed the primary radiator unit and the complete engine cooling system.
As documented in the photographs, the process included mounting the high-capacity cooling fan and securing all associated hydraulic hoses to the engine block. Technical attention was focused on the precise routing of the cooling lines and the installation of the expansion tank to ensure factory-specification pressure regulation. These completed works stabilize the vehicle’s mechanical foundation, allowing us to proceed with the final electrical and engine bay finishing.
