Actual report

The mechanical assembly phase of the Steyr Daimler Puch 230GE restoration at Riga Master Workshop has progressed to final fluid integration and powertrain sealing diagnostics.
As documented in the technical photographs, our team systematically filled the primary mechanical units with factory-specified lubricants, including gear oil for the front differential and automatic transmission fluid (ATF) for the gearbox. Following the completion of the fluid refills, we initiated a strict quality control protocol. This week we fill the oil and checking for leakage across all filled casings, drain plugs, and freshly sealed gaskets. After week everything was dry, confirming complete structural integrity of the seals and zero pressure loss under static conditions.
