The technical reassembly of the Steyr Daimler Puch 230GE restoration has advanced to the systematic installation of engine bay shielding and interior sealing components. This week, our technicians focused on mounting the protective inner fender liners and specialized heat shields around the powertrain assembly.
As documented in the technical photographs, we have also finalized the placement of multiple chassis inspection covers and rubber sealing grommets to ensure cabin weatherproofing. Our team is sharing a video to demonstrate the precision alignment required for these structural trim elements. These completed tasks stabilize the vehicle's internal systems before final finishing.
