The Steyr Daimler Puch 230GE restoration is continuing its chassis assembly phase at Riga Master Workshop. As these photographs illustrate, the fully reconditioned transfer case and transmission are now mated and installed on the frame. Crucially, the drive shafts have been rebalanced, installed, and connected to the axles, completing the vehicle's driveline. Concurrently, the exhaust silencer and section of the exhaust system have been mounted, precisely fitted within the textured, coated chassis. This work ensures the entire drivetrain and exhaust are correctly aligned and secured.
