The Mercedes Benz 220S w180 restoration at our Riga Master Workshop involved a complex process for the exterior aluminum mouldings. Faced with scratched, anodized, long, and fragile mouldings unavailable for purchase, we devised an alternative restoration. This included chemical cleaning, aluminum mastic application, polishing, Cerakot varnish coating, vacuum metallization, and a final Cerakot layer. These photos illustrate our meticulous approach to restoring even unavailable parts to their former glory before installation.
