Assessed parts of the rear axle were prepared for restoration works.

All restorable parts were cleaned in sand blast camera.

Rear axle housing components were prepared for powder coating.

We completely disassembled front wheel braking mechanisms for restoration.

Brake pads were in acceptable condition so we prepared all for installation.

Teeth of main gear were severely damaged by corrosion.

We completely disassembled axle height adjustment device for restoration.

Mechanical parts of the axle height adjustment device were in decent condition.

All usable components were cleaned and prepared for further use.

We completed powder coating of the front axle components.

Current batch of parts arrived from galvanizing workshop.

Sleeve of rear axle was broken and we added it onto required parts list

We received a batch of galvanized specific fasteners.

We acquired new main gear and half-axle sleeve.

We attached to the restored frame renovated rear axle and suspension pre-loading device.

We disassembled for restoration pump of the central lubrication system.

We disassembled for restoration piping and distributors of the central lubrication system.

We used new and restored parts assembling rear spring units.

We prepared rear springs for installation.

Rear springs were attached to the other suspension components.

We competed installation of the front braking mechanisms.

We attached front springs.

We preassembled restored leavers of the rear axle engaging mechanism for rear torsion bar springing.

We installed onto the frame restored engaging mechanism for rear torsion bar springing.

Assembling restored propeller shaft we restored felt seal over the splines.

Right in time arrived consignment with tyres of correct size.

Recreated chassis was on display at RMW stand during annual world show for vintage and classic vehicles Technoclassica Essen 2015.

We acquired missing components for chassis central lubrication system.

After cleaning and repair, we connected all greasing distributors to the new piping of central lubrication system.

We preassembled restored wheels.
