Running gear repair

We brought up for defects detection dismantled front axle components.
We disassembled front axle till last nut and checked each component adding necessary items to the required spare parts list.
Certain front suspension components were damaged.
We cleaned all components which appeared in still usable condition and repaired damaged components of the front suspension before powder coating.
We sent prepared parts of the front suspension to the powder coating workshop.

We disassembled steering linkage and steering gear for defect detection and repair

We completely disassembled torsion tension engaging device for repair.

We completed powder coating of the steering gear components.

We brought up restored and new parts of steering gear for assembling.

New seals, bearings and gaskets were used assembling steering gear.

We brought up restored and new parts of the main gear for assembling.

New seals, bearings and gaskets were used assembling main gear.

We completely disassembled sliding joint of the rear axle to find out a reason for jamming of sliding sleeve. Reason for the cracks of sliding sleeve was worn out and thus damaged surface of the rollers race, so this item required replacement.

We installed restored braking mechanism anchor plates pre-assembling rear axle housing.

We used restored and new parts preassembling suspension items.
