Disassembly, defects detection and compiling parts list

Car arrived for restoration complete, though it was not in driveable condition.

Heater unit was destroyed by hungry corrosion.

Rusty radiator required repair.

Corrosion turned components of the braking system made of aluminium into harsh powder.

Outside shell of the air filter seemed still usable, though all internals were destroyed by corrosion – we went to conclusion that this car for some time had been like a submarine.

We began restoration process setting body free from all components and accomplishing defects detection of the removed components.

We removed power-plant to accomplish detailed defect detection later.

We removed trimming and external body decorations.

We repaired damaged chromed parts and disassembled units containing chromed parts, before sending of prepared batch for re-plating.
