The Steyr Daimler Puch 230GE restoration body is fully prepared for mating with the chassis at Riga Master Workshop. As seen in the photographs, this week's focus was on installing critical comfort and protective layers. Sound deadening and heat isolation materials have been strategically applied to the floorpans, firewall, and underbody sections. Additionally, the closed cavities, such as the sills and support structures, have been treated with protective wax to inhibit internal corrosion.
