The second series was launched only three years after the presentation of first version. The airtakes, now with the integrated additional fog lights and indicators, were giveb aluminium surrounds. The rear end bumpers were 50 mm wider. The rear side windows and rear window was changed, as a result of the enlargement of these three windows only a very slim metal panel remained between them.

The engine was now enlarged to 1975cc by enlarging the bore. By fitting different carburettor system as well as two Solex 40PII the power was increased to 115HP at 5500 rpm. The gearbox now had fifth gear.

The third series showed resemblance to the Giulietta Sprint. The rear side window was entirely omitted. About six hundred of this model were built, making it most popular version.

Only few cabriolets of this type were built.
