Removed front axle was cleaned prior to following disassembling and defects detection.
Front axle was in good condition – still there were present factory inspection marks on the important joints.
Rear axle was removed from the car.
Here also were survived factory marks on the springs.
Prepared components were sent for following treatment.
Electrical appliances were disassembled for defects detection.
Suspension components were delivered from powder coating.
Components of the rear axle were delivered from powder coating.
Steering column was completely disassembled for repair.
All specific components were cleaned and sent to galvanizing workshop.
We prepared received new and restored parts for front axle assembling.
Using new and restored components steering linkage components were preassembled.
We started assembling of the front axle using new and restored components.
We started assembling of the main gear using new and restored components.
We started assembling of the rear axle using new and restored components.
