Assembling and final tests

All preassembled and partly assembled components were shelved until arrival of necessary for further assembling new parts.

Since we completed restoration of the body, we started assembling and continued restoration of the damaged components belonging to various systems of the car.

 We replaced headlamps.

 We installed renovated central wiring harness under the dashboard.

We bought missing side windows.

We replaced broken rollers and installed side windows.

We installed restored front wings and continued works in the engine compartment.

Overhauled carburettor returned onto the “podium”.

New braking booster installed in place.

Correct balancer and new setup pf pulleys to drive the power-steering pump.

New heater unit installed in place.

New trimming of the dashboard installed in place.

We installed new door trimming panels.

We installed restored steering wheel.

We bought and installed missing control mechanism for the heating and ventilation unit.

Period correct washer liquid bottle, like all other previously missing components of the windscreen washer system, again in place.

We acquired and installed desired radiator grille.

We finished installation of the decoration elements at the front end.

We installed rear seat and trimming panels.

We installed new windscreen.

Windscreen decorations and wipers of the classic style returned in place.

We prepared missing spare wheel of the original style and fixed it into the luggage compartment.

We continued works on restoration of the damaged components and assembling of the car.

We installed new air filter housing incorporating filter element of appropriate capacity.

We finished installation of the renovated interior.

After our test drive session, we delivered vehicle to the owner for the summer touring.

After festive summer season car arrived to the workshop again for planned further improvements – installation of more powerful engine, for further elaboration of the interior and exterior.

We installed new engine and connected it to the other systems of the car.

After successful summer season, we continued work on planned further improvements.

We replaced steering wheel.

We installed new scripts at the rear.

Scripts installed onto the rear wings.

We made necessary adjustments of the engine systems to start test drives.

We finished preparation works and started test drive session.
