Transmission repair

All clutch components were fully checked.

Tested clutch ports were prepared for assembling.

We used new and restored parts for assembling of the propeller shaft.

Assembling units of the propeller shaft were prepared for installation.

We completely disassembled gearbox for defects detection.

Rear support of the gearbox was damaged and we had to replace it.

Housing of the gearbox control linkage was cluttered up with dirt.

Gears and bearings of the gearbox were in acceptable condition.

Assembling gearbox we replaced shaft seals.

We assembled gearbox and prepared it for installation.

We used new components for assembling of the support bearing.

It was discovered during test-driving that gearbox generates too much noise. We removed and disassembled it to find reason of such behaviour.

We replaced all specific bearings to eliminate excessive noise.
