Assembling and final tests
Steering gear was completely disassembled for inspection. All parts were cleaned and fault detection performed. Paintwork of the steering box housing was restored.
Front axle was completely disassembled for defects detection.
Main gear was completely disassembled for defects detection. We performed detailed examination of all parts of the rear axle.
Conic hole in the idler arm was completely worn out and it was needed to re-grind surfaces of both paired components to restore functionality.
Frame was cleaned in sand blasting camera before defects detection and repair. All discovered frame cracks were welded before painting.
Chassis components were powder coated.
We received new rear springs and silent blocks for installation.
We started assembling of the rear axle as casing arrived from the powder coating.
Prior to assembling rear axle housing was carefully cleaned. Main gear was assembled using new bearings and finally adjusted. We started assembling of the braking mechanisms using restored components.
Frame arrived from the powder coating for assembling.
Restored steering system arm was used composing assembling unit.
